Jamba in the community

It’s just like what Mama Jamba used to say: When you work to make your community better you make yourself better. We’re committed to bring our mission to the neighborhoods that we live and work in and we encourage all of our friends to join us.

Learn About Our Initiatives:

We’ve worked to form relationships with two great organizations to help us make a difference both locally and nationally.

PTA Partnership

Jamba is commited to partnering with schools.

As part of our mission to inspire and simplify healthy living, Jamba has a strong commitment to supporting kids and schools through our school lunch programs, our JambaGo a la carte machines and through fundraising. For several years, we have partnered with the California PTA to create and fund a variety of fundraising options.

About the PTA:

As the largest volunteer child advocacy association in the nation, Parent Teacher Association (PTA) reminds our country of its obligations to children and provides parents and families with a powerful voice to speak on behalf of every child while providing the best tools for parents to help their children be successful students.

Gardens Program

Jamba supports kids gardening!

Gardening is a great way to get kids outdoors and to be active. Teaching them to grow gardens also works to create healthier eating habits and build better respect for our planet. That's why Jamba partners with the Kids Gardening, a division of the National Gardening Association (NGA).

Sip to Support a Garden

Through our grant program Jamba inspires kids across the country to connect with the earth and share their experiences for a chance to win funding for their schools or communities. Kids Gardening is a partner in Jamba's Team Up For a Healthy America program.

About the NGA:

For more than 35 years, the National Gardening Association (NGA) has been working to renew and sustain the essential connection between people, plants, and the environment. As a nonprofit leader in plant-based education, our vision is to make available free educational plant-based materials, grants, and resources that speak to young minds, educators, youth and community organizations, and the general gardening public in five core areas; education, health and wellness, environmental stewardship, community development, and home gardening.
